I became interested in the cake business about three years ago. My son was turning 5 and wanted a surfing/beach cake. Unable to get it at my local bakeries, I made it myself. Soon after, I left my full-time job and began taking cake decorating courses. I absolutely love cake designing and decorating. I started my business out of my home, and in February 2008, with the help of my family, I opened a little shop in Waller, Texas. I enjoy making cakes for all occasions.
